1. Return Policy
At CP Statement, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are here to help.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.
- Items must be in their original, unworn condition, with all original packaging, tags, and certificates.
- Custom-made or personalized jewelry items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- Sale items and special promotions are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Return Process:
- Contact our Customer Service team at info@cpstatement.com to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and the reason for your return.
- Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA Number) and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
- Securely package the item, including all original packaging and documentation, and clearly mark the RA Number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the item to the return address provided by our Customer Service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Refund Policy
Once we receive your returned item and it passes our inspection, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.
*If we identify that the jewelry piece has been worn, we will not proceed with the refund.*
Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- If you received a free gift with your purchase, it must be returned along with the item or its value will be deducted from the refund.
Exchanges:
- If you wish to exchange an item, please specify the desired item when contacting our Customer Service team.
- Any price difference between the exchanged items will be charged or refunded accordingly.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom-made or personalized jewelry.
- Sale items and special promotions.
- Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage not caused by manufacturing defects.
Defective or Damaged Items:
- If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a repair, replacement, or refund at no additional cost to you.
